With a Bachelor of Health Science in Human Nutrition, and more importantly a passion for health and nutrition, I have spent the last seven years on a personal journey to becoming a healthier person, inside and out and I find tremendous pleasure in helping others begin or continue their journey to a more balanced, maintainable healthy life!

How it works:

We have an initial consultation either in person or over the phone where we set goals, I’ll learn about your lifestyle and eating habits then, we create a plan to achieve your goals. This gives you a chance to get to know me and ensure you feel confident and comfortable working with me. This is a team effort after all!

You will then receive weekly meal plans each Friday (giving you exactly what to eat, including things you WANT to eat!). We will have a check-in every week and assess how you’re progressing. Plus, you’re able to message me at any time for support, updates and questions!

Committing to an 8-week healthy lifestyle change is crucial for forming lasting habits, as it provides the time needed to adjust and cultivate new practices. Just Meal Plans.

$46 Per Week / $319 Up Front

You have your own back but you need someone to take the guess work out of what to eat. This is perfect for you.

Book in for an initial consult so you can share with me your goals and I can get to know you, your eating habits and lifestyle. This ensures I make the best possible meal plans to suit you and your lifestyle.

You will receive your weekly plan each Friday (to start Monday) and then I’ll leave you in peace until next Friday!

8 Week Minimum Commitment

Accountability & Support.

$25 Per Week / $180 Up Front

ONE on ONE Accountability for those who have previously completed 8 or more weeks with me or for those who already have a good understanding of what they’re doing but just need that little extra help, push or shove! ;)

It includes 2x weekly check-in’s to discuss how you’re going and give you the chance to ask questions, make confessions or make adjustments to your current diet. Personalised calories and/or macros if requested. A portion control guide and a food guide if required.

Just A Food List.

$46 Per Week / $319 Up Front

You don’t need a structured meal plan but would like some help getting on track while retaining some cooking freedom? A food list, calories/macros and a portion guide might be perfect for you. Weekly check-ins for accountability too.

Book in for an initial consult so you can share with me your goals and I can get to know you, your eating habits and lifestyle. This ensures I make the best possible food list to suit you and your lifestyle. Lists can be altered weekly. Recipe booklets also available!
